I started ThinkLine Systems because I kept seeing the same problem: small and mid-sized businesses doing great work but losing customers to competitors who were just better at showing up online and following up fast.
The fix wasn't complicated! AI automation, smart workflows, the right marketing, and software that actually works. So that's exactly what I built, and that's exactly what I deliver to every client I work with.
I hold a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from California State University, Bakersfield and a Master of Business Administration & Management from Florida Institute of Technology, so I bring both the technical depth and the business strategy to every project. Back when CSUB earned its ABET accreditation for engineering programs, I was featured in the local news saying I wanted to create apps and design websites, and that's exactly what I went on to do.
